Connection
Build genuine relationships with women who understand the journey. Connect before and after each program through intentional networking designed to spark real conversations, collaborations, and long-term professional relationships.

Grow your skills and confidence through monthly educational programs led by experienced professionals. Topics include branding, visioning, communication, public speaking, marketing, and other areas that support both business and personal growth.
Promotion
Increase your visibility and expand your reach. Members have access to marketing and promotional opportunities within WBOC that help raise awareness, showcase expertise, and connect with potential clients and collaborators.
SAVE THE DATES
In-Person Programs happening EVERY 1st WEDNESDAY of Every Month (except July). Doors open at 4:30pm and Program Starts at 5:00pm. Currently hosted at Drumlin’s Syracuse.
Monthly Virtual Networking on the 2nd Wednesday of each month
Member hosted Connection Meetings typically held on the 3rd and/or 4th Wednesday of each month (pending member availability)

Women Business Opportunities Connection (WBOC) is a volunteer-run organization that has supported and connected women in Central New York for more than 30 years. Built by women, for women, WBOC exists to strengthen women in business and leadership through connection, education, and opportunity.

Holiday Ha Ha! Brings Laughter, Community, and Impact to WBOC
Every December, the Women Business Opportunities Connection (WBOC) kicks off the holiday season. This year our theme was, Holiday Ha Ha!, a festive evening filled with laughter, connection, and purpose. The WBOC Holiday Party & Auction brought together women entrepreneurs, professionals, and community supporters for a joyful night of cocktails, dinner, spirited bidding, and plenty of laughs.
The highlight of the evening was a performance by inspirational humorist Yvonne Conte, whose blend of wit, warmth, and heartfelt storytelling had the room laughing while reminding guests of the power of shared experience. A lively silent auction, raffle baskets, and door prizes added to the fun, all while supporting WBOC’s mission.
For more than 30 years, WBOC has served as a lifeline for women in Central New York, empowering them through connection and opportunity. Holiday Ha Ha! was a true celebration of that mission and proving that when women come together, everyone rises.
